By accessing and using POSitive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
POSitive provides a cloud-based point-of-sale system for restaurants, including order management, kitchen display systems, inventory tracking, and reporting features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Subscription and Payments
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. We accept Raast, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.
5. Data Privacy
Your data is stored securely and we do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
