The Online Ordering usage fee is 1% of sales taken through your online store, invoiced at the end of each billing period and added to your next payment. All add-on prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are per location.
How to Pay
After your trial ends, pay by debit or credit card to activate your subscription automatically, or use any of the methods below and WhatsApp the receipt to activate. All payments are made to Grandify Technologies in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), and card statements show “Grandify Technologies”. Bank and wallet titles may show Hammaad Salman as the account holder for Grandify Technologies.

Pricing FAQ
What happens after the trial ends?
After 14 days, your account will be paused until payment is received. All your data is safely preserved. Once you pay, your account is immediately activated.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll help you switch.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Pay month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
Do you offer discounts for annual payment?
Yes! Pay for 12 months upfront and get 2 months free. Contact us on WhatsApp for annual pricing.
What if I have multiple branches?
Pricing is per location. Each branch runs on its own subscription, on whichever plan suits that branch. If you operate several branches, contact us about the Enterprise plan for custom pricing across all of them.
Subscription Terms
- Currency: all prices are shown and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are exclusive of any applicable government taxes, which are shown before you pay.
- Billing cycle: subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, or annually in advance where you choose the annual option.
- One subscription per location: each restaurant location or branch requires its own subscription, on any plan. Prices shown are per location.
- Renewal: subscriptions continue for as long as you keep paying. We notify you before each renewal, and we never charge you without an active subscription.
- Delivery: GrandPOS is cloud software delivered online — nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges. Access is activated within minutes of a confirmed card payment, or within 1 business day for Raast, JazzCash, and Easypaisa payments.
- Cancellation: cancel any time with no fee; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Refunds: duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full; approved refunds are submitted within 7 business days to the original payment method. Full detail in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
